Kohleria Seedlings

Some seedlings of my hybrids, it's always a pleasure to sow the seeds and watch them grow. I found these dark and bright clones side by side, what an interesting contrast ! There is also a vivid color that catches my eyes, it's a new red-dotted Kohleria.

Sinn. speciosa hybrids

Some of my slipper type speciosa in bloom. What to say ?? It's really a BLUE season.  XD

Kohleria Ruby

This is the first time I see the flower of Kohleria Ruby, the flower is small but the red color is stunning against the dark foliage. Beautiful !!!

Sinn. Stone's Gabriel

A cross between miniature Sinningia and Sinn. tubiflora that is pale blue color. As I know the used miniature Sinningias are Pirate's series which usually features stronger color, but most of the seedlings bloomed with pale pink/blue or white. I assume the conclusion is that Sinn. tubiflora is capable of fading the color of the offsprings.

Sinn. An's Nyx

We all know the calyx double blossom of Sinningia, but this new one "An's Nyx" can call your attention again. A Vivian Liu's hybrid, the lime yellow flower scented with the smell similar to the lemon balm makes this unique variety stand out of the calyx double Sinningias.

Sinn. Jung's Mango Sundae

In early March, I posted the info New Hybrid of Sinn. pusilla , an updated information comes after 2 months. The new cross is between two different clades. It is Sinn. pusilla x bullata as shown in below photo. WUF, the hybridizer has decided to name it as "Jung's Mango Sundae" for easy record.
